I'm really not surprised at all, she was one of the best new girls around and breathed new life into Xpanded nights along with others and of course the established ones, who can still make nights so hot. Congratulations to Maria, well deserved.x

I think Maria benefited from not having to go up against the likes of Jennifer Kelly or Gia Diaz in a quarter or semi-final. Having said that, Maria is a very like-able person and she has a good work rate so she deserves the award.

It's good to see a new winner of this contest. Well done Snookered in running the award.
