Terrance Dicks RIP
Frequent script-writer on Dr Who during the early 70s and occasionally later. Wrote "novelisation" versions of 60-odd adventures, thus awakening a love for the written word in a generation of fans. Also generally a nice bloke.

He was 84. RIP

The idea that the babeshows "are not that deep" is driven by those that don't wish to acknowledge how much effective customer service and a consideration of psychology impacts users' future interactions.
