Sheila Steafel RIP
Redoubtable light comic actress, just died at the age of 84. Didn't see it on the news, and goodness knows they're desperate for any right now. Ahem. Anyway, here's Toby Haddock doing her obit in the Guardian:

Pretty sure she played The White Queen or something like that in the children's tv series in the Seventies on ITV called 'The Ghosts of Motley Hall' alongside Arthur English and Freddie Stephens.
