I think the problem with the report that shows there is little evidence that girls are trafficked ultimately is based on a girl being brave enough to say she is being trafficked whilst having a psychotic Romanian heavy leaning over her. I think the problem of describing girls being "forced" into prostitution is a difficult thing to define.

So, like any job they have to do it to earn a living. I wouldn't do my job if I had to but I need to earn a decent wage.

The ones who do for purely material matters and to attain a flamboyant lifestyle I have no regard for; silly brainless idiots who are heading for the category below. The ones that do it because they have a plan (to buy the house, to get out in X years) I have a regard for and am impressed by.

Excluding the trafficked escorts (and despite that report they do exist) the ones I get uncomfortable with are the ones supporting an addiction or are genuinely on their arse (and that has included some of the lesser known babeshow girls as noted about Ruby above and the likes in my experience of Stevie Louise). These girls have nothing behind them in terms of money, limited job options, but still harbour expectations of what could have been. Its really quite sad and I think Michelle T fits in that category - she's got to be as old as me and its no time to be starting this game.

Where ever there is money to be made there will always be people prepared to take advantage of others, making it harder for escorts to ply their trade will only drive the industry further underground, creating a greater demand for their services and making it even easier for sex traffickers to abuse the girls.

There will always be some women forced into sex, but it's a small amount.
