Probably a fake. IF Alice was escorting, I'd imagine she'd do it under the radar, possibly in Dubai or elsewhere, not the UK. There are plenty of fake profiles, but sometimes the fake ones turn out to be legit...

^ Photogirls has been known to use the pics of these women, when it's not actually them, so it's hard to say for sure. Which pic is the unique one?

I really don't believe Alice would go for such a low rate, and I really don't believe if she escorted at all, that she'd be on a known website for all to see.

The only way I can suggest for people to find out, is to book the women in those pics, or to go to locations where escorting is very big, and hope to possibly see someone from the channels.
