Lutonian - I wouldn't call those girls babeshow girls; they're much more pornstars. I'm talking about the "we're nice girls really" brigade who charge an extortinate rate and are mostly not as good as the real pros from MK

Photogirls are a queer lot, they do have genuine models, but they still put up crazy Bait & Switch profiles like this, I don't think the managment there have ever heard of Google Reverse Image search.
