Really pleased that the graphics are back to the way they were (ie good ). Kudos to whoever changed them back and if they did so because of the forum, thank you

oh man...grow up....the complaint will come from a rival channel....it's taught in first class in "Running a Babechannel 101"....and rest assured Ofcom will not come here for evidence....they will purely request tapes from the channel suspected in breach! Simples!

I believed the rival channel complaint before, but I'd hope the channels are smarter than that now, as complaining against another will not do the complaining channels any good. You're right, Ofcom WILL request any recording they want, but if they don't receive it, guess where they will look.

No where. They (the channel failing to supply broadcast quality, time coded recordings) will be found in breach of Licence Condition 11. (Retention and production of recordings). This has happened to TMTV/Bang and others numerous times this year.

The above statement by ynot2005 is incorrect. Despite him saying that Ofcom will not come here for evidence, Ofcom have in fact been known to send letters to babe channels referring to material posted in this forum.
