Rapidgator?

didn't know where else to post this but i'm so annoyed it needed to go somewhere,

i resubscribed to rapidgator premium last night and ever since any download i start begins really quickly and then stops and doesn't do anything.

Even if i only download one at a time (which kinda defeats the point of premium) it shoots off does a tiny amount of the file and then stops it doesn't even come up with the standard failed network error that normally happens and you just restart it.

I've been trying since last night to download one episode of a TV show and it still hasn't finished, not kidding I must've tried about 15 times!!!!

There customer service is a joke as well they just sent me back a long list of basic instructions like reboot your computer (what is this my first day )

Just wanted to have a rant really but if anyone has any thoughts about how to solve my issue it would be greatly appreciated otherwise i suspect i might have just wasted my money on a two month subscription

Have you tried a different browser? Clearing cookies? Another device like a smart phone perhaps?
