RIP Winnie Mandela

Winnie Mandela, wife of former South African President Nelson Mandela has died aged 81

It's debatable whether Winnie should be included in the 'In Memoriam' section.

She was notorious famous for endorsed violent behaviour, including necklacing against informers and collaborators. Her security detail, known as the Mandela United Football Club, carried out a number of these actions, including the kidnapping, torture, and execution of said individuals, most notably the teenager Stompie Moeketsi.

No debate about it, she was a dreadful human being.
