David Cobham RIP

David Cobham, producer, director, author and conservationist, has died, aged 87.

Perhaps best known as the producer and director of the film "Tarka the Otter", he was also a founding member of the 'Hawk and Owl Trust'.

Really sad.I watched Tarka the Otter only the other day,the wonderful photography still holds up.RIP

In tribute to Mr David Cobham; one of the funniest jokes I know.....

I went to the Indian curry house the other night, to order some food; the waiter suggested I "Try the Chicken Tarka!"
I asked "What's a Chicken Tarka?"
to which he replied "Oh; it's like a Chicken Tikka, but a little Otter!"
