ok rammy, If a team complains that a player, about to take a penalty shot has a stick with verified illegal length, how many chances does the player get to take his stick back and replace it with a legal stick?

also, If an unusual delay occurs, what is the maximum amount of time left allowed in which the referee may order the next intermission to begin immediately without any outside permissions?
