Yeah thats the case building a all weather track at Newmarket which will fuck up chelmsford all weather track

Do you mean they'll be building the type of estate where White Van Man can't park his van when he buys a house? Tongue Felt sorry for that poor bugger who was going to buy a brand new house and then found out in the covenant that he isn't allowed to park his van on the estate because the developers felt t would "lower the character of the estate"
