It seems to me the total wa***r they usually have on the logo aka panic button needs to learn a little about the female anatomy, God knows how they expect the girls to show anything with the angles they sometimes hit the button for! The same sometimes goes for the camera operators too.

This guy seems to have something to do with compliance at STD 66, check out is bio on twitter https://twitter.com/masonater_matt/with_replies

Maybe he is one of the guy's who has his finger on the panic button ?.

The name Matt Mason seems to rings a bell, i might be wrong on this, but i think he was the one described by STD 66 as a junior member of staff, when he got caught and named by a rival babe channel girl as the STD 66 employee that sent text messages claiming to have reported a girl from a rival channel to Ofcom .

Was about 2-3 years ago when Bluebird and some of the bluebird babes were on twitter saying s66/elite had been reporting bluebird babes to Ofcom. Bluebird then backtracked and apologised to s66 after s66 said it was nothing to do with them and was just this "junior member of staff" which was Matt Mason who was doing it on his own

Interesting. Given that this Mason guy is still openly employed by S66 it appears that Bluebird were right all along. I would love to see Jamie taken down. Go for it Chappers!

There is nothing to go for. Paul Chaplin has already stated that no complaint was ever made and has apologised for suggesting that there was.

That's completely untrue. Studio 66 said no such thing.

Nobody was doing it on their own and no complaint was ever made.

Someone made a joke which Bluebird didn't realise was a joke. When they did eventually realise it was a joke they withdrew their claim that a complaint had been made and publicly apologised for making that claim.

Some people have short memories. Bluebird themselves admitted that they weren't right all along. They posted in their own forum that they weren't right. They apologised for not being right. They said they got it wrong. They said it was a misunderstanding and the matter was closed.

Well this is exactly what BB said on their forum .

ELITE CLEARED
We have had discussion with the management at Elite.
We now understand that the texts and messages which created the story which we reported on, came from a junior employee.

He was doing what he thought was big and clever.

What he was saying was not true. Elite are completely cleared of the allegation he created of filing false complaints at Ofcom.

Indeed, we are assured by Elite that they are suffering the same complaints culture from Ofcom as we are.

Just thought i'd point out that Ofcom arn't obliged to provide the name of the person or company that makes complaints, to the channel that is being reported, the person or company making the complaints can instruct Ofcom not give out their details .

So only Ofcom and Matt Mason really know if he has ever reported rival channels to Ofcom.
Ofcom were getting loads of complaints about BB, some complaints Ofcom deemed not worth investigating, so no details were ever given out, or the girls shows investigated.
What the girl in question said, that Matt Mason claimed to have reported, was that in 4 and a half years she had never had complaints made against her, she also said other things on the BB forum that got deleted concerning Matt Mason .

What did come out of it, is that Matt Mason lost the trust of some of the girls he worked with over the years, (they said stuff about him on twitter), and he came across as a bit of a idiot imo .
From being a mischief making junior employee, he now seems to have compliance duty's these days .

Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .

No complaint was ever made because nothing happened with Morgan James at Bluebird that could have led to a complaint.

Since she didn't do anything to breach Ofcom's rules it would have been impossible for anyone to report such a breach to Ofcom.

The whole thing was a joke - a rather long running joke as it turns out, because 4 years later people are still talking about it.

It's probably worth reminding people that Ofcom can be asked for details of complaints. If this supposed complaint actually existed you could apply to Ofcom to be given the details. Obviously in this case they would have no record of it, but it would prove the point that the complaint didn't exist.

I didn't say Morgan James did do anything that breached Ofcom's rules, or got complaints against her .

It is wrong imo to assume girls and channels don't get complained about if they don't break the rules, malicious complaints are made to Ofcom all the time, people make complaints to Ofcom about various things to stir up trouble, or because they don't like or take offence at what a channel is broadcasting, the girl or channel doesn't have to do anything wrong that is against the rules, but people still complain about them to Ofcom, Ofcom then decide whether or not to investigate the matter further .
The vast majority of complaints Ofcom receive they decide not to investigate .

Like i said only Matt Mason and Ofcom really know if he has made complaints about rival channels, (And Ofcom would not name him in any case, or the girl), i personally have no idea, i generally take what channels say on forums and what girls say on twitter with a pinch of salt .

PS, i didn't name Morgan James, in the post you partly quoted i said "So only Ofcom and Matt Mason really know if he has ever reported rival channels to Ofcom".
RLC was also named by BB if i remember correctly as another channel Elite were supposed to be running a dirty tricks campaign against .
