^^^ one thing I have add before I do full non spoiler review is that one cliffhangers had to be cut due to time namely the next villain but it will be released at a later date.

The season finale is on Sky One next Tuesday at 8pm

A site has reportedly put up the description for the season 5 villain:

"after a mysterious interaction with dark matter, [he] was given not only immortality but also the gift to disable other meta-human powers. He blames metas for everything that has gone wrong in his life and because of that, his mission is to wipe Central City free of them in order to silence his own anguish."

This sounds a lot the villain from the comics David Hersch, a.k.a. Cicada created by Geoff Johns. No actor has been cast yet but I guess we’ll learn more in the summer if this the case I might do a breakdown of comic history of course things will a little different for the tv show.

When she did dash off at the end of the baby shower scene I had the feeling that she was who she turned out to be.

Loved the finale 3rd behind black lightning and legends of tomorrow. Matrix and inception.

^^^ there is a little twist with the character as it’s exactly what people thought she really is.

Ep 23 “We Are The Flash” Season 4 Finale

The Ep picks from the end of the previous Ep with Devoe carrying out his plan for the enlightenment.
Barry has seek to desperate measures in defeating Devoe with help from a unlikely source and having to enter Devoe and the sight of a familiar face think The Matrix Reloaded with little Inception. What Devoe does to certain character was a bit dark and fucked up even for this show and of course because of certain his doing it too.
It’s the final set piece which was fucking awesome with what the Flash does and something really odd happens during this you’ll see what I mean you see it. There’s a few movie references and it’s goodbye to a character and a cameo from a character, pay attention throughout the ep for certain dialogue from Cisco and Cecile possibly setting up stuff for season 5.
You finally get the reveal of the mystery/coffee shop girl but which i have a feeling I know who the season 5 villain especially with the deleated scene which air during the summer.
Actor Neil Sandilands was great as Clifford Devoe especially in the second half of season and towards the end of the season and also actress Kim Engelbrecht who plays his wife both actors had great chemistry together. Keep a eye out on the new intro at the start, also if you can watch the first Ep of season 4 before the finale.

This story is of boy called Jonathan Pitre who had a disease that affected his body, he was a big comic fan and his fav character was The Flash and especially the tv series and got a surprise message from Grant Gustin. Jonathan died on the 4th of April 2018, nice to see tv show bringing people happiness especially when some people are going through hard times and sometimes we take shows for granted in the positive affect they can have on peoples lives. R.I.P Jonathan

I have just watched the finale, really good and wont spoil it but was there some Buffy references? The Big Bad and Hellmouth was mentioned???

^^^ yeah there was Buffy references along with Star Trek and Star Wars.
