In the end it just comes down to personal choice theirs no doubt about it Rochelle's a beautiful girl however Im just not a fan of fake tits, still its obviously the girls personal choice and i hope for her the right one, but in the words of cmonthereds I as well would still nail her, god I feel so dirty for saying that I really should be ashamed of myself.

I have to agree with you there mate, fake boobs are just not sexy. (Well they can be alright, but not when they look sexy before! )

im not a fan of small boob jobs which look totally fake and lifeless e.g. yvette, alex adams, but i do like it when they look soft and hang like lillys or tiffanys..

Me personally, yes and I disagree with you. Theres different types of procedure anyway, above the muscle or underneath it, these can alter that shape and feel to varying degrees, the implant underneath gives the more natural look but its more invasive surgery. It all depends on who does it a lot of the time.
