Yup you're totally right! One of the most unprofessional there!
She's got amazing potential but she's a doser,! Less talk with the bloddy producers and more fan interaction.She lost me as a caller for sure. Waste of hard earned money.

Add Amelia , Dannii , Lori , the twins, ashley , Flick and Sophie (recently) to that.

It's the culture at the channel, they couldn't give a tosss about the customer which is why they do all the gimmick lines, makes it less personal for the girls, pretty shoddy really.
Wish someone would do a poll for the girl that ignores callers the most and see what channel comes out on top.
