Here's my considered and frankly much more interesting point of view, , regarding the babe channels no matter what type of licence they possess.

You will get a blast, maybe a show, maybe a few shows, that are, let's say of interest to the regulatory body, they are good shows, this will be followed by weeks of standard fare.

Knowing their audience and paying shleps a couple of 'out of the box' performances here and there to garner interest and playing on men being dickheads and thinking with our dicks, and we do, they can hold onto their callers hoping for the same. After a few weeks, calls drop, couple of 'out of the box' shows renew interest.

This could all be bollocks as I sit here in my undercrackers with my special multi-layered tin foil hat on.

There seems to be something odd going on with BS1 broadcast on Sky channel 906, imo it was tame and dull again last night, in contrast when Lori was exclusive to BS1 on freeview channel 172 and wasn't simulcasting on Sky Ch 906 the content was much better, Lori mentioned that she was exclusive to freeview, she mentioned that she was going to make it the dirtiest channel out there, she also mentioned it was for a limited time only, she mentioned something about when she leaves freeview BS1 and the freeview broadcast is no longer exclusive to freeview, that the show would be tamer again, or words top that effect, she was right it was .

When Lori was exclusively on freeview BS1, she was supposedly on the phone to Jenna Hoskins who was exclusively on Sky BS1.
Lori said on the mic that she was reaching her peak while chatting to Jenna .

For those that didn't see any of Lori's exclusive freeview section, she was back to doing the style of show that was the norm not long ago on both Sky BS1 and freeview BS1, she did a lot of standing legs closed frontal nudity, with some good close up being shown of her genital area, she did some pussy rubbing and had the phone between her legs etc like she used to do not long ago, but sadly when she left, and BS1 on freeview and BS1 on Sky started to simulcast the other girls that came on were tame once more, why is this ?, i have no idea .

Why should Sky Bs1 be harder than the freeview one ? Is SB insinuating that sky viewers are bigger wankers ?

Going back a few years,they used to run two seperate shows for freeview and Sky,but the Sky was always the stronger which is why the current situation makes no sense,perhaps they have decided to not go after Sky customers and concentrate on the Freeview market instead,to be honest although it started on Sky in 2003 they dont seem as bothered about catering for their original customers as they used to,BSX is a prime example of this,Freeview customers are given a ppv no contract service and Sky viewers are expected to sign up to a website,to only possibly view the channel online,based on whether the internet signal is good enough,this is not the way to treat people without whom they would not have been such a big success allowing it on to Freeview in the first place,in summary censoring/taming down between platforms has ruined this channel and demonstrated what a low opinion it has of the customers who have been supporting it from day one,also makes having a good line up pointless if they are only allowed to perform on one platform and effectively take the piss on the other.

Maybe it's Murdoch's decision, he has taken page 3 girls out of the sun so perhaps he is becoming prurient in his old age, either that or bs make more money from freeviewers as we don't have the range of channels sky viewers have to choose from.

The Murdoch empire around Europe has been dropping its porn channels for quite a few years now. They like to present their TV packages as 'family entertainment' and cotton on to any populist tide.

BS's channel shenanigans do make it tempting to conclude that someone at Sky has had a quiet word and BS has decided to utilise the Dutch license in a different way to focus its worth on a platform its already favouring as it does well there. Certainly makes sense that freeview customers are generally the more traditional types that we were recently told (vice article) are BS' main customer base.

Page 3 is still in the sun. Is not in the sun at weekends but does appear in the sun during the week. Don't think sky has any influence on the bs shows

Yes you're right Rammy, SKY indeed has no influence over BS1 other than ensuring that they pay their rent money on time. That's it, SKY are the landlords and that's as far as the relationship goes. They don't dictate policy to any channel what they can and cannot broadcast.

The reason I said I was surprised that BS1 on freeview was showing a harder show than the SKY one was because unlike SKY it's not as easy to block such offending channels as to say.

If it was just a one off as to say then as I've said before why doesn't BS make use of all it's channels on SKY. Lori could have been shown on SKY BS1 with Jenna on 945. It doesn't make any sense to be paying for 4 spaces on the EPG space if you persist in duplicating BS Blue.

Freeview will always have a bigger audience than sky, considering everyone who has a TV has freeview?
So that's the audience bs should be catering for, and of course BSX is only available on freeview and bs themselves don't realise what a money spinner it could really be, but they are just letting it die on its feet.

But I probably am letting my hunt for ulterior motives run away with me. BS are probably just responding to market forces.
