Only 906 (bs1) is Dutch. The other 2 bs channels 908 (bsxtra) and 909 (bsblue) are ofcom/advertising standards agency

Freeview channels, 172, 173, 174 are also Dutch, only BS Blue on freeview is Ofcom licensed .

PS, Cellcast have to tone down the content on BSXtra freeview Ch 173 because it simulcasts with the Sky BSXtra channel that is Ofcom licenced, if they didn't simulcast it they wouldn't have to tone it down to accommodate Sky Ofcom rules, and could show the same style of content on freeview BSXtra as they do on BS1 .

From Cali's outfit it seems we're back in "domination" alley again - I guess some folks must like these shows - but can I make a plea on behalf of the beleaguered who generally need to retire before the early hours of the morning during the week not to keep putting these "deny all / show nothing" shows on between 10pm and midnight ?

Wow that was fast - in the time I typed this Cali's gone west and been replaced by Levi ...... in a dom-looking costume

I have never been a big fan of Dom, or Dick either now I come to think of it.

But putting them on early is making sensible use of the no nudity before 11pm rule?

Got to agree,Dom can be good but they do seem to be using it far too much to start the BS1 show at 10pm,i think there are already enough Ofcom related channels not exactly pushing the boundaries of what is allowed after 10pm,i dont think we need it to get much tamer as their Dutch license has already become pointless due to timid/ poor production on 5 days of the week,ah well at least Ms Harwood will hopefully be on tomorrow.
