Are all these vids on the net,on dailymotion or anything? I noticced that some were put on youtube but they were deleted.

If they dont play when you click them they are not on dailymotion, clipser or youtube. You have to download them from the link yourself and play them in VLC player.
These vids would be too big for dailymotion or clipser anyway and youtube bans the rude stuff.
I have had 2 out of 3 of my last video uploads rejected by dailymotion, no reason given, so I am reluctant to waste my time uploading any more there. The picture quality on clipser is not very good.

Slightly odd question. No they were never on dailymotion or youtube (by me). I never post to stream sites, hate the quality. Rapidshare is where I post all my stuff.

Click the clearly labeled link, **EDIT: select 'free user' (the button under the left speedometer icon)**,wait for the number of seconds it shows there then hit the blue download button. No password, no rar or zip, just a nice avi file to play in VLC. Hope that helps.

Which coec do you choose in avidemux to make your .avi files? I use avidemux in linux myself. According to the guides, it should be xvid codec for .avi and 264 for mp4. I use lame for sound codec.
I use the 264 codec and make mp4 files. It takes longer but files are smaller so upload time is saved.

I use x264 and break the rules by putting it in an AVI container I also use lame. The reason I use AVI and not MP4 is because I found that AVI seeks and joins/cuts better for me than MP4.
In the past I have joined web stream records after cutting out the 'click for more' frames. On MP4 I got lots of horrible rainbow square frames immediately following the join, not so in AVI.

I find x264 so much better than xvid for blockiness and overall smoothness but it is damn slow in comparison to encode and 2 passes is a must for x264.

may i request next time someone calls daryl they record it and play the recording with the video, id love to hear her on the phones, but cannot afford to call

I can certainly do you a Daryl vid but I lack that facility to record calls. I am sure I could rustle something together to record calls, but ... meh.
