Can any one help???

hi i am looking to do a bike ride of some sort for a charity, not chosen yet but any ideas would be greatful. Also if there is any one out there that could help me in the process of setting up sponsor websites/ awearness would be great thanks.

oh last thing im not a pro at this, im an average bloke that wants to do good for some reason. The most ive ever done is give change or donated to other people.
