The Open

Heading into the final round of The Open who do you want & or think will be lifting the Claret Jug tomorrow.For me I'd love to see anyone from these 3, Clarke Bjorn or Jimenez.

Fowler, Johnson and Jimenez for me either of them three.

Don't feel Bjorn has the game to win, hit a couple of wayward shots on the back nine today, Clarke feel he may slip up a little bit.

Fowler today was tremendous and that's in bad conditions, god knows what he can do in better.

I think that we are seeing the beginning of the next great British golfer.

20 year old Tom Lewis was joint leader after round 1.
Since then he has not been able to raise his game.

But he's the one to watch in the future.

Dustin Johnson,Lucas Glover or George Coetzee for me.Should be a quality final round.

Overwhelming choice for me would be Darren Clarke. A superb round today kept him at 5 under and the tournament leader. It will be Clarke playing with Dustin Johnson in tomorrow's final round, so should be a good battle. I hope we get a nice day's weather aswell for Sunday. Always look forward to the Open final round.

On another note, good to see Thomas Bjorn back near the top of a leaderboard again. The Americans feeling the heat at the moment, as a lot of the top golfers are Europeans.

Just going on my previous post, im not a big fan of golf by any means but the major's and the Ryder Cup for the past two years I have always been hooked.

This Open could go to anybody from Clarke on -5 to someone currently on level par. Anthony Kim was a huge mover in Round 3, plus Kaymer luckily stayed at level also if Hansen didn't drop two shots on the last or 17th, he would be in with an even better chance.

Old performers of late seem to have messed up in major's when near the top can see it happening to Bjorn or Clarke or both.

Think it will be between Johnson or Fowler funny enough two americans regenerated

Yeah I'm sure they'd love it if they could reclaim a major. Just recently though its been European golfers in charge, both at the top of the world rankings and also reflected in the winners of majors.

Clarke is the overwhelming crowd favourite and would be a very popular winner.

I would love to see Clarke win but he's messed up in the past

Whatever happens I don't want Fowler to win.

He shouldn't be allowed to win anything.. until he gets some fashion taste. Orange pants and top
