I think there are a few different programs you can use but the one I use is called Litecam and it's pretty good. It's about £12 to download. it's very easy to use and it records both audio and video. You can use it to record things like webcams and the sexstation live stream, so it's a pretty useful thing to have. Someone else on the forum said they used a similar thing called HyperCam2, and there are probably others things out there you could try.

Not many options for Mac users but I've found one that works; SnapProX. Its expensive though at around £30 - unless you can find a cracked copy.
