Babestation Academy - new recruits live online today

WARNING - LONG POST ALERT

I have been posting in the thread already but feel its time to express my views and opinions in regarding the Babestation Academy.

I have been a viewer of Babestation and importantly a caller for a long time now, always impressed with the talent you guys have and how you put it to good use. When i first saw Academy advertised as a replacement to the apprentice i thought it was a great idea as it would be "the one true recruitment show" showing new girls advance their career with you into fully fledged Babestation babes. Due to my working hours i sometimes miss parts of the shows or miss being able to call some of the girls regularly, but always Sky+ it to watch back in the week.

I was pretty shocked when i first saw Dani Levy in the Academy as I had previously seen on Babestation Apprentice, and as far as i can remember, I had previously seen her on BS cams. However as the weeks progressed and i began to see new girls appear, i was generally excited to follow these girls through their new careers. I saw a few girls that did not make it through the academy which was expected as that was the premise of the show.

Show 1: Danni Levy, Paris Pricey & Kimberley
The first live show consisting of Danni Levy, Paris Pricey and Kimberley was great. Seeing Kimberley take the next step from the web show to live TV was a highlight of my week. This girl really showed improvement from her web stream show to progressing to TV, a big improvement. This was what i wanted from Babestation Academy, to see girls progress so big thumbs up from me. I was however surprised to see Paris Pricey on the Academy as well as she has also been on the Apprentice shows.

Show 2: Danni Levy, Paris Pricey & Penelope
The following week was Danni Levy and Paris Pricey again, which i assumed was just how the schedule had been worked out, or thought possibly they were helping to "ease" the new girls onto live TV. Penelope joined them and again was pleased to another new girl on TV.

Show 3: Kimberley, Rochelle & Layla
This was the first week with a "Special Guest" but more importantly, we had the chance to see 2 of the new girls, Kimberley and Layla, on screen together which was awesome. I saw another big improvement from Kimberley, especially her movements on screen and her mics were vastly improved. Layla looked slightly shy, but for her 1st week she looked a lot better than on the web shows, better mic and movement.

Show 4: Danni Levy, Rochelle & Penelope
It was good to see Penelope on screen again, but a bit confused as to why Rochelle was on academy again. I thought she was just a special guest for the week before but continued watching regardless. Penelope looked slightly better this week than previous.

Show 5: Danni Levy, Madison Rose & Kimberley
This week was rather strange, originally if my memory serves me, we were supposed to be seeing Lou Lou and Paris on screen but Danni and Madison filled in instead leaving me to believe that maybe the other girls could not attend? Again, Kimberley showed huge improvements over previous weeks on screen, looked like she was really enjoying herself this week smiling a lot and showed lots of energy on her mic sessions. I rang her again this week and her phone sex has become amazing. Her latex outfit she wore was draw-dropping, I've been looking for a mistress on the various TV channels for a long time, luckily BS have acquired Kimberley. Can't say enough good things about this girl. A good show from Madison also which is to be expected as she is already a fully fledged Babestation babe.


Now the moaning from me. For a show that is meant to be targetting new girls, new talent and helping them progress into our favourite babes, from all of the weeks so far, only 3 girls can be classed as new talent; Penelope, Layla and Kimberley.

Danni Levy has had time on BS cams and the apprentice prior to joining the academy, so has Paris Pricey, Rochelle has had years experience on Chat Girl TV before appearing on BS Academy and Madison is a full-time BS babe.

Also, your web shows have began to include various girls who are not "new girls". To begin with you had Danni Levy with new girls Penelope and Chyna, of which the latter didn't make it through. You had Kimberley with Ruby and Natalie, of which only Kimberley was the only girl to make it through to the live show. This is not a complaint as it was expected, at the end of the day thats what the academy is about taking on only the best girls to progress through to BS. The following week included Evie and Amelie with Layla, which was good as i don't think any of them have done TV work before. I was slightly confused as to how Amelia was taken onto BS daytimes straight away with no TV experience but it was good to see new girls on academy again. Future weeks included new girls Layne and Roxanne, however included girls such as Misty Moore, Lou Lou, Ava Delush and Xena. I don't understand why Misty Moore was on academy as she is already a full-time days girl on BS, Ava and Xena both already work for BS one doing BS cams and the other on BSX. Lou Lou has a little prior experience at Studio 66 TV and is already in the porn industry however i feel academy was possibly the best place for her to start.

In Babestation's own words "Academy allows you to watch live as we train the future faces of Babestation" however over the weeks i have only seen 3 new girls on TV, and 6 other girls on the web stream that are actually new to TV work. Surely it is never going to be fair putting new girls on TV with girls who have already worked for you and built up a fan base. New girls might struggle to make the volume of calls if guys are ringing to call their favourite, regular girls.

Another point I have to make regarding the arrangement of the BS academy is the seemingly unfair schedule. Why is it that Danni Levy and Paris Pricey were put on 2 weeks in a row in the first 2 weeks when they have already been at BS? I can only assume it was to cover yourselves so that you have experienced girls on TV when introducing 1 new girl each week. Weeks 3 and 4 Rochelle appeared on the academy each week with at least 1 of the new girls. Weeks 4 and 5 Danni Levy was onscreen both weeks with 1 of the new faces.

From watching week upon week, I have seen progression in the new girls, seeing Kimberley on week 3 with Rochelle and Layla, she looked like she was presenting the entire night doing lots of mic sessions and looked at home there. Surely you should not need to have previous BS girls there now week upon week. Obviously this is just my opinion and i have no say in how you should run your company, but surely the new girls should have enough experience now to allow them to present the nights themselves without being "babysitted" by veteran BS girls. I, and I'm sure others would agree, think it would be more beneficial for the new girls to be put on more often than the other veteran girls, for them to be comfortable on their mic sessions, become better movers on screen and build up a fan base.

I have also noticed how some of the girls in the Academy have also been given additional work. Danni Levy for instance has had 2 shows now on BSX as well as being kept on in the academy full-time. Rochelle has had 2 times on academy live and in addition has now been on BS nights 3 times and BS days twice as far as i am aware? correct me if i am wrong . Misty Moore never appeared on BS Academy live, but has already been scheduled onto a night show for the 15th march. The biggest shock was to see Lou Lou scheduled onto a night show before ever appearing on BS Academy live. She only has minimal experience on Studio 66 TV but has been put straight onto a BS night shift. I think i have also seen her appear on BSX and BS cams since appearing on the academy web stream.

What I am trying to put across is that I don't see why some of the academy girls have been given extra work over others, it seems slightly unfair. I could understand if some girls were not as good as others and you didn't feel confident progressing some through to additional night shows. However, having watched all of the new girls on academy live, my opinion is that Kimberley looks like she could also appear on additional shows and would definitely get my calls. I think Layla and Penelope need a bit more experience before appearing on nights, but again that is just my opinion.

Another point from me is that I don't think that the academy live schedule is fair to all the girls. I have seen Danni Levy on 2 weeks in a row, then a week off, then 2 more weeks in a row. Paris Pricey and Rochelle have also both had 2 weeks in a row on the academy live shows, yet Penelope, Kimberley and Layla have all had to wait at least 2 weeks before being put back on our screens, yet they are the only girls who don't have any prior experience on babe shows.

One last point from me is regarding last weeks show with Kimberley, Danni and Madison. As mentioned at the beginning, I work strange hours therefore missed Kimberley on at the start of the night, hoping to tune in and ring her at around 10:30-11pm. Unfortunately, at the time, I assumed i must have just missed Kim before she went on her break. However when playing the show back, I noticed that you took Kimberley off screen at around 10pm and she never re-appeared until midnight. My question is what was the reason for taking Kim off for that length of time? I know its not probably going to convince you, but on her twitter i noticed a lot of guys who wanted to call her around that time and some even asked if she was actually on TV as they had been looking for her. Luckily I was able to ring back later on and talk to her. I thought it would've been better to take one of the girls off who are already BS girls, to allow the new girl Kim more time on TV to get more calls to eventually increase her fan base?
After watching it back I actually counted for how long the 2 girls were on screen (sad i know ), and for a show aimed at "new talent" Danni Levy had an additional 1 hour and 10 minutes on screen than Kimberley, hardly fair when Kim needs to up her calls and fan base. Also Danni had an hour and 5 minutes on her own taking calls whereas Kimberley had 33 minutes, again Danni's call numbers are obviously going to be higher with more time on screen.

I don't want to appear to be moaning, not at all so please don't read it that way, I am just stating what I, a viewer and caller, feel about the schedule, the girls and the academy in general. I would love to ring the new girls up more such as Layla, Penelope and Kimberley if they appeared on TV more often.

My final question, ill bet your glad to read , is to ask about the future of the academy? I assume you will have to stop taking new girls onto the academy soon otherwise the girls wont have enough time on screen to build up their fan base? So what are you looking at for girls to graduate from the academy onto a fully fledged BS hottie?

I agree with Longtimecaller's (long) post above, it does seem rather unfair that some girls would get more screen time than others and seems very unfair that girls who have plenty of experience working the channels are being put on the academy along side new girls who aren't being given a fair opportunity to show what they can do.

After finding out that Kimberley Jones was only given 33 minutes solo screen time - and that experience Danni had just shy of double that amount of screen time. That really makes my blood boil.

Make the babeshow academy solely for new girls and give them all an equal amount of screen time - together and solo.

Are all 3 new girls or are there any 'veterans' in that line-up.

Hopefully I get to see plenty of Kimberely by herself this week to make up for the screw-job she was given last week.

EDIT: Looks like Kimberley and Penelope are the new girls - hopefully they get the most screen time, that's surely the point of Babestation Academy?

In relation to my above post, I was wrong, all 3 are new girls, looks like Gracie is on the sidelines - probably in a mentor-type role. This is how the Academy should work, 3 new girls and a girl who's got plenty babeshow experience on the sides as a mentor.

I've not seen anything from Layla, yet, hopefully she gets decent solo screen time.

Kimberley has been simply outstanding so far - and to see how far she has come since her first show is remarkable, the girl is brimming with confidence and it shows.

I notice that Gracie has been doing quite a few cut-away sections tonight, I don't mind seeing other girls advertising the pics/vids (I've no desire to buy it anyway) but when you are interrupting more than once or twice in an hour, it does become a little annoying, only slightly though.

Babestation Academy is back tonight and on our screens are Kimberley Jones and Danni Levy.

I'm a little disappointed that Danni (a veteran) is once again on the Academy, hopefully it's Kimberley that hogs the screen this time around rather than Danni.

Whilst I appreciate you are a fan of Kimberley it would be nice if you also had respect for other girls including my favourite Danni Levy. In recent posts you have criticised a number of girls who are all just trying to do their best. Good luck to all the girls tonight.

dissapointed in the bs academy line up as a whole tonight. danni levy has been on the babeshows a while now, starting as roxy lee on studio66, kimberly whilst not as experienced as danni, also started on the shows on studio66 and the other babe xena has been doing shows on bsx and think she's been on academy before too

First off I want to clear things up, I think that Danni is a very good performer and I do not criticise her out of spite. The reason that I criticise Danni because she has been on the babeshows a long time and she should NOT be on BS Academy, they created the Academy as a way to funnel new girls into the Babeshows, but then they go and put vets on - which runs contrary to what it's original purpose was. I'd happily watch Danni if she was on the proper Babestation Channels, but not on Academy when she is potentially filling a slot that might be taken by a girl with little experience - a girl that deserves to be on the Academy.

Tonight they only have 1 true academy girl on tonight and that is Kimberley, and the last time Kimberley was on with Danni, Kim got about 30 minutes solo screen time, with Danni getting just over double that and having a whole 70 minutes more time on screen (when taking into account solo and non-solo stints) than Kimberley and that is just not on - how can babestation expect a girl to progress if she's not getting the screen time to build up a fan base?

Last week was a great week, they had Penelope and Kimberley on the shows - both girls are academy girls - and they roughly splitting the total time on screen equally, which is how it should be.

Kimberley was on S66 once, and this is her 5th night on Babestation, a total of 6 nights experience, hardly an experienced babeshow girl Rammy.

Babeshow Academy should be for girls just starting out on the babeshows and Kimberley fits that mould, Danni and Xena do not. Danni even introduced Xena a short time ago as a pornstar from BSX - if she's on bloody BSX she shouldn't be on the Academy.

And I think you will find that the producer decides who is on screen and for how long and not the performer. I actually think Kimberely is progressing well but lets keep all this in perspective. I think Danni appeared once on S66 last year and a couple of times on BS Apprentice. BS will want shows to have balance and earn money and at the end of the day the success of a girl will depend on how much money she makes for BS. We should celebrate having new talent coming through to be honest I suspect that you like me don't really care what show they are on as long as they are on screen. Danni and Kimberley seem to get on well together so lets hope they both get plenty of air time. Just don't have a pop at my favourite!
