Indie babe of 2012 award - Discussion

as Scotsman's excellent babe award is about to start i was wondering if people would like a indie award to run along side the main comp,
i idea being that the main award will be dominated by girls from the big 3 channels, and this award would be for girls from chatgirl, storm, xxp, and if people would like to see it the main web shows,
so what do you all think

Good idea winsaw as there are very good babes on the smaller channels that would miss out on the main award

I think this is a good idea as none of the girls from these smaller channels will get a look in for the main award, and they've got some fine babes

This is a good idea in theory but between the Ultimate Babe, Ultimate Daytime Babe, Newcomer of the Year, Queen of RLC and the forum awards, there's going to be a lot of voting fatigue.

It Would be good,as I just cast me votes in the 'Ultimate Babe 2012' under the assumption this Indie Awards may happen.
If it doesn't,I've just screwed over,Candy-Billie & Ally Lou from xxXp (Nightmare )

I've just had a look at the other thread, I'm wondering, does it not make this award pointless to have someone like brook little in it as she's spent the majority of the year at 'one of the big channels' and is about to join another.

I know it's late bringing this up but I just found it strange

i do agree she is not a true indie babe, but she did 2 months on xxp so has the right to be counted for this vote,
also their are not many girls who have not worked for the big 3 at some point, of the last 8 in this comp only 2 have never gone corporate
hopefully people based there vote on her time on xxp and having seen most of her shows think she did very well so can see why she is here

Yeah it think you should include the web shows

I know this is pretty irrelevant now, seeing as your competition has reached the semi final stage, but I'm going to say it anyway. All of the channels and girls listed in this award could have been named in the main competition. There are no limits to which girls from which television channels to mention.

One of the 'big three channels' will only win if people let them. I reckon if all the people who mentioned babes in this thread mentioned the same babes in the main award, a 'lesser channel', if there is such a thing, might have had representatives in the latter stages.

As I say - I get it, I do understand and respect you wanting a seperate award to exclude the main channels - similar to the football league having the league cup and the non-league having something else (the name escapes me), but next year how about all the people who voted in this award - name 'lesser channels' babes as their favourites in the main award? Just an observation.

Because voting for a 'lesser channels' babe in this award doesn't necessarly mean said babe is the voters overall favorite. Just an observation
