I did exactly that, then sent in the text :-( still got £138 credit on the phone and nowt else to use it on! As i said, when i record the 3 normal BS channels + s66 it rarely ever resets! Unless BS use a remote signal to do it to annoy me! Ringing CS isnt cheap Either.
