Just seen the BS1 Promo ads for Kaitlins first girl/girl/girl shows on BSX....I'm Nervous,she claimed.......if that was 'nervous' i dread to think how great it will be when she isnt 'nervous' she was fabulous last night.

Did anyone see the web only show? I was wondering if toys were used.

I only saw a bit of the webshow tonight : during the part I did see they were using wands.

The above statement used to say..... Then head to Freeview Ch 174 to watch the action continue in a more rated 18 Manner...i thought there was a difference between hardcore and rated 18...?

I think others more knowledgeable than me have previously said "hardcore" isn't really defined legally ? The classification for harder DVDs etc is "R18" I believe ?

I would guess the classification "R18" would only be applied to the webshow-only content that shows penetration and actual licking/rubbing of genitalia in full view as opposed to just hinted /screened from direct view of the camera.

"Rated 18 manner " seems an odd phrase to use : I think it just means the BBFC age-related "18" certificate used in normal cinemas?

In which case that's probably correct for the TV show stuff which doesn't show the more explicit camera angles etc - most "glamour" and "softcore" DVDs and just plain old ordinary general release films showing "soft" sex scenes are just "18".

If I was in a cynical mood I would guess using the phrase "rated 18" might be intended to be confused with "R18" to mislead people into thinking the content's going to be stronger than it actually is. But as far as I know "R18" material wouldn't be allowed on TV anyway, even on encrypted Pay On Demand channels ?

But giving them the benefit of the doubt, it's probably just sloppy wording and another general "cock up" (to coin a phrase).

I don't know what else it could mean. "Rated 18" is a very specific statement.

From BBFC:

Films rated 18 are for adults. No-one under 18 is allowed to see an 18 film at the cinema or buy / rent an 18 rated video. No 18 rated works are suitable for children.

18 works can contain strong issues such as:

very strong violence
frequent strong language (e.g. 'f***') and / or very strong language (e.g. ‘c***’)
strong portrayals of sexual activity
scenes of sexual violence
strong horror
strong blood and gore
real sex (in some circumstances)
discriminatory language and behaviour

The problem is half the stuff on bsx could pass for PG

No, not true. Nothing on BabestationX would qualify for a PG certificate.
