OK as a fund-raising idea for cash strapped hospitals it may have its merits...but I can't see it doing anything to reduce the amount of time-wasting drunks in A&E At least that bloke on the waiting list at the back copped a good eyeful before his demise.

( * As we've been repeatedly told it's been from the moment it was set up in 1947 by a bankrupt country then dependent on American loans and ever since then ? It's lasted pretty well considering ? )
