possibly rite but just her 2 olympic golds in her 1st olympics when not many had heard of her just a shock for me she hasnt made it! she just recently won a world cup event as well up in scotland and shes prob unfit at the minute lol! i know they r only allowed so many but really thought she wud hav made the shortlist! only kelly and charlotte dujardin are the only other 2 british female able bodied athletes 2 win 2 golds at the same olympics! suppose every 1 of the short list deserve there place but im sure laura is goin to become 1 of our greatest ever sportswomen no doubt about that in my mind! whoops i forgot becky adlington who also won 2 golds at the same olympics, and she only lived 15 miles away from me

i still think the ryder cup team will win the team award! i know uv got the cycling with wiggo winning the tour de france and maybe people will say team gb and certain sports like the rowing and chelsea winning european cup but what that european team did in america the way they cum back, rose had 2 win the last few holes and it looked like it was getting away but they still managed it so for me i think the ryder cup team will win the team award!

As I said in any other year they'd probably walk it but I can't see anyone other than the Olympic Team GB winning

dont think u will be far away with that cos even after the year every1 has had there just seems something special about what wiggins did over every1 else! brits have always won olympic golds and back in the days when we werent around they also won tennis majors, but what wiggins did with the tour just makes his achievement more special then topped it off with another olympic gold!
