The 60 second minimum is not a welcome development from a punter perspective. I remember when they went to 15 seconds it was annoying, but this is a different league and smacks of sharp practice and contempt for the customer. I don't buy this specious "stability" justification at all. Generally, if it smells like bull, it usually is!

I see S66 have reverted back to 15 second minimum;

"Recently you may have noticed that we switched from per-second to per-minute billing. We were advised to do this to help alleviate an issue we were experiencing with people jumping in and out of cam shows. This was causing the cam operators to question their earnings.

After running in this manner for the last few weeks and taking on board feedback from a selection of customers, we have decided to switch it back and try to find an alternative solution.

We would like to apologise for not having fully considered the impact this change would have on you, our customers, prior to making it. We really respect your business and would like to make sure that we are always offering you both a service that is both high in quality and good value for money."
