I suspect there is another reason for charging in 'credits' rather than actual currency.

Viewers are likely to be from other countries who do not use the pound. By adopting prepaid credits, only the agent has to concern themselves with currency conversion.

Some tiny text on their scheduling page absolves them of guilt...

Anyway, it tends to be better to follow the girls on twitter to be sure on if they'll show up on webcam or not. No tweets or advanced tweets is generally a bad sign unless the girl regularly appears on that particular day in the week.
