Yes, you basically see what the camera is pointing at - you have to work out from the angle etc whether you're going to get much of a view!
It's listed on the website as perve cam (under the main TV channel listings, click above or below on this page). You need a Vue Call account and obviously to fund this. Be warned, it's not cheap - think it varies but £10 can disappear very quickly!
