Automated system has robbed me!!

Guys

Not a happy bunny,i have an account on sstv for calling the girls & i've topped it up by £20 & had the money debited from my bank account but my sstv a/c is still on zero balance,i've sent an email to rampant tv support but have received no response.I know its only £20 but still this is rather sly of them.I was wondering if any of you have had any problems with them in the past?Or what the procedure is to get my money back off the thieving gits?

Any help would be appreciated

I had a problem with the cc system about 12 months ago, I posted here, and one of their guys (George) PM'd me in about an hour to ask for my username details, and they re-credited my account in about 48 hours

Well, it makes an interesting concept, I just don't think it would get off the ground!
