This story is beyond belief,this excuse for a man commited the most heinous crimes,
He had already been convicted of two murders,and was in prison,
when charged with Milly Dowlers Abduction and murder.

I cant imagine how Milly's parents must be feeling knowing
he is going to gain compensation,i dont agree with capital
punishment,but there are certain prisoners who should forego
their human rights.
