RIP Flick Colby

Flick Colby, dancer, choreographer and creator of Top of Pops dance troupes Pan's People, Ruby Flipper, Legs & Co and Zoo has died of bronchial pneumonia aged 65.

BBC Four are currently showing repeats of Top of the Pops from 1976.

Great memories especially Cherry

Terribly sad news. I feel rather guilty and sorta freaked out.

Been watching a lot of legs and co etc lately and Sue was and is my fav, one reason I thought she was the best dancer. Then I watched the older pans people and early legs and couldn't help but notice just how good Flick was. She hd an effortless way of dancing, not really surprising since it was her choreography, but probably even better than Sue. I knew she had had cancer and was wondering how she was, even googled, sadley now we know.

This post has sent shivers through me.

Still remeber her at her peak, just watch how very much more effortly she dances.:
