Posting Audio Clips

If anyone can help i've got a audio clip to upload somehow (from mobile phone currently in vlc format)

got some audio clips (from rlc) on my mobile phone (in vlc format) what the best way of getting them posted on here???

yeah mate would have probably thought so, try uploading to your pc then using a video converter to avi or mp4 formate and then upload

or if anyone that is tech minded wants to pm there email address i will send as a vlc attachment
