Who should (and shouldn't) be in the WWE Hall Of Fame?

They try to induct people who have fully retired so Trish will have to wait awhile,same with Undertaker and Triple H.

Mick Foley and Kurt Angle won't be considered until they part ways with TNA.

Possibly Kevin Nash for 2012 now he is with WWE.

Agree scrap the celebrity section.

Vince wants a female inducted each year so hopefully Sable next.

Shouldn't be:
The Celebrity Wing, Wendi Richter, Paul Orndorff, Tony Atlas and Koko B.Ware

Should be:
Brian Pillman, Owen Hart, Randy Savage, Bruno Sammartino, The Rock, The Undertaker, Trish Stratus and Davey Boy Smith

The Rock will defiantly be a lock to go into the HOF next year what with him competing at Wrestlemania against Cena an it being in his hometown of Miami so makes sense to induct him then.

Edge will go in at some point but am not sure it will be next year as i think its still a bit to early to induct him plus every year they like to have one big headline name inducted then all the rest are not as big so with the rock getting inducted next year i think Edge will have to wait a few years before he gets inducted.

Owen Hart wont get induct because of his wife Martha's dislike of the WWE so as much as i would like to see Owen get inducted i cant see it happening anytime soon.

As you already listed the obvious people that still need to be inducted like the British bulldog,Ulimate Warrior,Macho man,Jake the snake i wont mention them.

Some of the other names i would like to see inducted are Arn Anderson,Ron Simmons,Honky Tonk Man,Lex Lugar

'The Crippler' Ray Stevens, Demolition, Midnight Express, Stan Hansen, Bruiser Brody, Jake Roberts, Rick Rude, The Freebirds, Karl Gotch, Dick Murdoch, Vader, Jumbo Tsuruta. And those are just for starters.
