I vaguely remember him doing something at one of the WWF (wrestling) ppv shows years ago, in-between matches backstage.

If you get the chance try and watch all 6 episodes of 'Police Squad', the precursor to The Naked Gun movies. It only lasted 6 episodes because the American channel putting it on at the time thought it was too clever for tv viewers ( lol ). It contains what I regard as the single funniest scene in history where they try and get the story of what happened in the holdup.

I think the only way to really pay tribute to Leslie Nielsen is to place a flashing red light on top of his coffin and start the precession in the street before running him up the kerb, through a car wash, then someones living room, a ladies changing room, onto a roller coaster before screeching to a halt at his grave..., and all the way through the mourners have to sing the theme to naked gun. It's what he would want.
