well peoples imagination can create alot more disturbing. you dont see the cops hear being cut off in reseviour dogs you hear his screams but mind creates the imagery. the same applies to soaps but eastenders showed phil taking crack.

sky boxes should have the parent controls on max and then its upto the user to decide said channels be accessable.

Playboy TV are the answer to all the questions, earlier this year Bang were broadcasting on SKY901/902/912/915/916/948/959 on daytime shows, mostly Playboy channels, the Playboy encrypted channels reverting back to Playboy after 10pm as SKY915 is doing at the moment; in simple terms Bang have lost their broadcasting license, but presumably can supply programming for Playboy to broadcast for them, as is happening on SKY902/915 at the moment.
There's obviously a long running agreement in effect between Bang & Playboy, so maybe like the channel shuffling between them a few months ago, something similar can be arranged to salvage something from this mess.

soaps show drugs,rape & so on because its ment to show real life right...so yes thats context. now bangbabes/phone channels should be able to show nudity/stronger material because its an adult show right...so why is that not in context?

Why cant they continue broadcasting only as a web-stream???

Take a look back at Bangs responses to Ofcom: no comment, failure to supply recordings, untruths about suspending two presenters etc. If they had of offered a structured, cohesive response then things could have played out differently.
