Channel 911 is independently owned and gets leased out to whichever channel will pay for it, so far as I know, so it can - and indeed has - changed which broadcaster shows on there a few times, and probably will again.

I'm not 100% certain on that, I just know that it was - IIRC - Bang Babes, Playboy 1, Paul Raymond TV, Elite TV, Bang Babes again and now Chat Girl TV. A few of those have some Playboy affiliations though (Playboy 1 being the most obvious, of course Wink), so it's most likely correct.

Just checked and the licence holder/parent company of 911 is still Playboy .
