He's to good for that club. Chelsea lack serious class and Frank Lampard has shown nothing but class since he joined. He clearly loves the club and has been a loyal servant but they just about sums up everything that is wrong with modern football. Disgusting club.

Good luck Frank, one of the best midfielders this country has produced in years. Whatever side he joins will be better for signing him.

In Roman's mind, it is acceptable to sack managers at least once a season if not more. It is also fine to treat people who have served you so well with utter discontempt. He allows scummy businessmen like Peter Kenyon to make key decisions at a football club, and allows his play toy to become a soulless piece of shit. He has priced loyal fans out of the club and turned it not only into a circus act but a tourist attraction.

His desire to throw money at the prizes he desires has played a huge part in English football fast becoming a sterile sport dominated by money..... Oh and he thinks plastic flags will create an atmosphere.

To suggest even Ashley Cole deserves better then Chelsea FC pretty much sums up how I feel about the club.

As I say, Lampard is a class above - He's been a model professional since joining Chelsea and has helped them immensely to win honours. He is the clubs 3rd highest goalscorer in history. This isn't just any old 34 year old player vying for a year extension. Although he didn't come through the ranks (Terry aside, who does at Cheslea?) he's the equivalent of players like Giggs, Scholes, Neville, Gerrard, Shearer.

Anyways looks like frank will end up in the US for one last big payday however lazio been linked too
