I think it would be a good thing, plenty of other leagues do it & every manager criticises the amount of fixtures in the christmas schedule. I dont think they will scrap the christmas schedule as it no doubt makes them a lot of money but a break after the New Years Day game i think would be appreciated

I am not exactly sure what the negatives are?
