i got charged £6 not £3 for 1 video that turned out to be of a photo shoot

oh well that's something i am never going to do again give bs my money

Sadly this bunch of Arthur Daleys are careful with what they say so proving fraud in a court of law would be very difficult. Implying something maybe but certainly not stating a fact that is false. I can just see the court case;
Lawyer: So you admit to selling pictures
BS: Yes
Lawyer: At £3.00 a time of naked ladies
BS: Yes
Lawyer: Taken by professional photographers with a steady hand?
BS: Errrrr(Consults legal team). Errrr No (Whispered) by mic girls actually.
Lawyer: You claim there is something to be seen behind the said black box?
BS: Yes-remove the black box and the girl shows her hand.
Judge: Case dismissed
Judge to BS: Ok send me the hard copies without the hand in the way!

They don't just imply that the picture shown (with black boxes) is the one that will be sent, they quite specifically promise that it is, but 'Babestation' has categorically admitted that they often don't send the picture that was promised and shown on screen.

I think they are trying to say Geri has the videos of Kandi so text VID KANDI to get that video.
As far as I know Geri is a producer so probably the reason why she got involved. Seems at the moment she is everywhere. On the mic, on Bikini Babes, interupting the shows, on the phone, taking dodgy pictures, selling everything under the sun and now live on bs extreme. I presume to save costs they will get rid of all the other girls and producers and just have Geri Station, the one woman show

Well its seems that the pictures that they take and then put up on screen for limited time only for people to get is making people think they will get that picture. But if so many people have complained about not getting the picture that was taken then why are people still buying the pictures cause if we all stopped buying them maybe they will stop advertising them cause no one is buying them. Unless some people are actually getting the right picture which i not heard of anyone who has.

have to agree with many of the posts IT'S A FRAUD,
if any other business acted this way they would be dragging them to the courts.
an also got stung by this scam.
what was advertised RAW UNCENSORED PICS OF TIFFANY beat the clock an get the exact pic that is on screen. well a done all that in the time limit texted RAW TIFFANY they sent out a thumb nail that was so blurred u could'nt tell who was in the pic an who ever it was was fully clothed.
not bothered about the £3.
will only fall for that once.

Really? I wanted a video of ava, hence the text VID AVA - Such a scam, I don't give a flying fudge if theres some small print text in the terms of service or whatever stating you can do this, its CLEARLY a scam given I even included the name of the person who's video I was requesting.
