Another one from the April Archives (What a rotten job digging through hours of April Footage and Editing it together )

Hmmm, I see the business geniuses behind channel 960 have pulled off another stroke of brilliance - running their exciting tape loop throughout New Year's Eve, cunningly pulling the rug from under their competitors' feet - whereas their competitors made loads of money channel 960 made precisely nothing (oh wait ...).

I give this apology of a channel another month - perhaps we should take bets? Superspurs, I suggest you find another employer, otherwise you'll be at the Job Centre before you know it.

yep its looking that way, it could be there already in trouble with cash flow so they couldn't affort ro pay the staff for the holidays.. april says they need money now in her buisness plan. maybe they should scrap 1 of the shows for now,(probably the night show as the girls dont seem to be able to match with the otherchannels when it comes to booty shaking and cock teasing), yeah april puts in a good effort and roxy manages to get her bits out although i think she does a better job when she is dressed, but realy when you compaire them to say cellcast girls some of which match april in looks and personality (caty cole for instance) they are flogging a dead horse.

i stoped posting on there howcute website as it was a pointless exercise.
seriously though there is a major rethink needed for the channel if it wants to return a proffit or even balance the books in the new year. some of the girls need to eather up there game or move on its all well and good having the april effect but what else has the show to offer, nothing by the looks of it....

so in 3 months will there be a show? i dont know, but im starting to doupt it...

Not sure who is advising April but to borrow 200 grand in the current climate is madness, those bankers are gonna want to see a return and at what interest rate/s ?

I agree with Hexit - there doesn't seem to be any point in commenting on the howcute website at all - I'm beginning to think the peole behind the channel don't look at it at all. Certainly they don't seem to take any of the comments or suggestions on board. After several weeks of asking/suggesting they are no nearer providing the ladies with a mic, let alone anything else. If they ran live shows at regular intervals we wouldn't need to guess all the time as to who was going to be on - if at all, and when.. As it is, even watching is pure guesswork. I wonder if they have paid SKY in advance and almost run out of funds immediately afterwards.

I have to disagree on the subject of April though. Each to their own opinion and all that but I couldn't compare her to the other girls who do the rest of the 900 channels - she's in a class above all of them and probably one of the most beautiful women in the whole of the UK at the moment - and this includes established models and celebrities. She'll be up there with the best of them by the end of this year if there's any justice.

April TV anyone? I'm sure I can rustle up a couple of studio cam's and lease some lighting rigs off some contacts, Draft in SuperSpurs to help out as Head Producer (If I can pull him away from Roxy long enough), Get some Ushers and Red Carpet for April and finally not forgetting Colin who can make the Tea and Sandwiches... of course I'm kidding but knowing April and she would no doubt love that...

But on a serious note if the Channel gets off the starting blocks this month properly it could see a bright future. At the moment its a big IF and frankly it needs to invest its time and money in its leading ladies as well as marketing.

David, just a quick query - you've mentioned a few times that you 'know' April, but I'd assumed that you just meant in a virtual sense as a rather avid fan!

I've just seen what you wrote on the April Effect site - you say that April is going through some soul searching at the moment. Apart from being intrigued by what this might be about, can I ask how you actually know?

If you're a personal friend of hers then you'd know far more about the channel than you're letting on. If, on the other hand, you're starting to assume that you have an insight into her moods when you don't actually know her then that's a bit stalkery! (No offence intended).

If you do know her - what the hell's going on with this channel?! It's gone 9pm and it's still tape loop TV.

Yes I do know her as (I count 3 days!) as she wanted to talk to me about the site and stuff thats personal to her. I WON'T go into her personal and private life on a public forum, which is why I just added the soul searching comment to April Effect as she alone would understand it and why I did it. I know nothing other than her own circumstances and I'm not sharing them for the same reasons above.
