It certainly looks much cleaner, but the top left and right of the screen will no doubt be covered in ads very soon!

I'll reserve full judgement till I see it on freeview but, looking at Jam Da Man's cap, I can't understand why the big box wouldn't be right on the edge of the screen instead of where it is

New OSGs look to be an evolution of the ones used on BSXtreme.
There's opaque text block areas so you can still see some of the image behind, the scrolling text is now vertical instead of horizontal (this makes a huge benefit to quality of image as far too much bandwidth was being wasted to scroll the text).
The "pics" boxes on left or right are indeed too large and intrusive, although this is sort of expected given its a revenue stream for them so needs prominence on screen.
So a step in the right direction, and with some evolution we should start to see a "tidy" screen with things not completely covering the girls on screen.
Only reservation is they're being too cautious about the "viewable" screen area and are not making best use of the 544x576 encoded as 16:9 image viewing area, so we have stuff not close enough to the outer limits of the viewable area.

TV's have got a safe area, some TV's overscan, some TV's show the whole image.

If we were designing for a website, then I'd be in heaven. Fixed pixels ftw!

Well I'd say it's a significant improvement, but this new style's only on 906 so far and not on 909 and 910.

Far from ideal but a vast improvement and tbh the best we could have hoped for, I think, given that they were never going to stop pushing the pic & vid sales.

Verdict:- (for the moment)

I didn't see babestation for very long last night, but the graphics were definitely a lot better.
