With respect, some of this is getting out of proportion. Hopefully we can all agree that Anna is the boss - right ? Well we've been on the phone with Anna today and she is HAPPY with what has been agreed with us and REGRETS that there has been any misunderstanding.

I think that's another point that needs cleared up. Does it mean only girl/girl stuff made after she signed the contract, or all girl/girl stuff? Which would mean the removal of the girl/girl stuff currently on the site.

If it is as I think the first one, then the Anna & Sophia one will still be OK to release, as it was made before the contract was signed.

Anything Anna shot pre-BB contract is free for Elite to do what they like with - subject to whatever contract Anna has with them: and we are not privy to that information for obvious reasons.

I think I understand the situation now although we have not had a post from EliteTV confirming the situation is as stated.

I believe I read that Bluebird were planning to start 4 TV Channels which will presumable be in direct competition with Elite. If this is correct then I dont understand why Elite would let one of their most popular girls to sign exclusively with a competitor especially when they (Elite) had thier own Anna Website about to launch.

I know that people are free to enter into any Contracts they wish but I would have thought that Elite would have wanted to know full details of BB's contract when they were made aware of BB's involvement.
And wouldnt EliteTV's own contract with Anna have some restrictions about future work for other Companies especially potential direct competitors.?

Pehaps it would be good if Elite could confirm the situation with regard to its Anna's Website and its content.

Hopefully comments like this will make any other girls think twice about signing with Bluebird.

As for the contract, could it not be set aside by a court of law on the grounds that it does not represent the intentions of the contracting parties? Bluebird have more or less admitted they pulled a fast one here and got Anna to sign a contract which commits her to something that is different to what she thought she was agreeing to.
