The confusion arises from this:
Anna doesn't have 'her own' site. There's the Elite site which Elite owns.

So - as we said:
Can Anna shoot anymore g/g stills or video for Elite ? NO
Can Anna shoot solo stills or video for Elite? YES
Is there any more 'library' girl/girl video content which Elite has of Anna ? ANNA SAYS NOT MUCH.
Will Anna have her own site at Bluebird ? YES

Sorry again, but you're contradicting yourself. When Anna says she believes she is entitled to shoot for her own site, she clearly means the one we're all talking about, which is the one run by Elite and you have said: "That's right: but that's not Elite's website." I took this to mean "not the Elite web site", which, of course is separate from the site they run for Anna.

So what site did you think Anna meant when she said "my own website"?

Vila his first post was before he knew Elite were the actual owners of Anna's site an now he knows that elite own it an not anna it means that the exclusive G/G contract anna signed with bluebird comes into effect an means no more g/g can be posted on Anna's website.

Anna will eventually have 'two' sites then. It will be interesting to see how well THIS site does, especially now we know that Anna can no longer shoot girl/girl stuff for that site.

Anna's Bluebird site sounds like it has the potential to be much better given that this will be the place to see all Anna's future girl/girl pictures and vids. I take it you will also have loads of solo stuff of Anna on her Bluebird site, Mr Bluebird?

At that time she only had one site she regarded as "her own". If the contract doesn't refer to that site (i.e. the one run by Elite), what does it refer to?

You are missing the point vila...Anna's website is not her own its run by someone else, what they clearly mean by "web site of her own" is one that Anna has owns outright with no alliance to any other person or persons or any third party what so ever, no affiliation, nothing that involves anyone but Anna!

Like if you were to make your own tomorrow and call it athomewithVila.com that would be yours but if you had Elite do your website they would own the copyright to it and all that's in it therefore no longer making it yours......as you will see this on all Elites models websites......

So its Anna's website by name only and she will get a percentage of the profits but Anna does not own her own website!

vila her current site the 1 that was opend on april the first is owned by elite tv. so she cant upload any more new (as of the date of the contract signing) g/g content.
anna does not own annalovato.com elite tv does.

as and when anna owns annalovato.com she will be able to add more g/g content.
i think anna may have misunderstood the ownership of annalovato.com thinking it was hers and not elitestv's property.

my gut feeling is that anna is getting ready to move away from elite altogether, due to long periods of absence from our screens and the limited time she has done on nights lately.(this is me speculating mind).
and as BB has contracted other elite girls you can be sure they will all have the same limits placed on there elite tv websites, so unless the girls do stuff outside of there BB contract rules ie b/g when contracted to do g/g they will not be able to upload it to there elite owned websites.

but really the end result is elite tv have cocked up by leaving the doors open for bluebird to sign exclusivity contracts to there "elite tv's" screen talent...

im not sure what to mke of the whole thing. i joined annas site cause im a big fan, i think the way she done it was right, start of as daytime, then show her naughty side, tho im not sure if that was planned. anyway, after looking into bluebird, it seems it is more porn based, or 'proper porn' and the videos etc will be longer n more detail, compared to the elite site which might just be a teaser to keep intrest in the channel. not sure how much effort will be put into the elite site. i dont want to delete my account with elite, but i want one with bluebird now too

No: the Elite site wasn't specified in the contract, only Anna's "own site". Hence the clarification given - after my discussion with Anna - that this term did not include the Elite site.

Yes that's right except we are definitely the only place where b/g has or will happen for TV contract girls.

Well, on that, we told Elite twice - in 2 meetings way before 1 April - exactly what we were doing, with whom and why. Their response was that "The girls don't matter - only the Elite brand matters". We take a different view. We believe the talent + production resources are what counts.
