I trained so bloody hard for this, Im ready for the next one now, the training will continue, no let up & I went for a 3km jog earlier. Back in the gym tomorrow.

It was all over & I won by a knockout, I sat with Holly most of the night after that & shes a lovely girl. But I was lost, it was over & I wanted more!
