An engaged listener may stay on the line through more than one call.

Nobody can be 100% sure of anything. But some of the day girls are good at making friends with the callers.

I don't think there are so many listeners on daytime calls, so being able to cultivate the callers is pretty important.

They do simple things like remember the callers names, what they have been doing lately, so when they call they feel special as the girl knows about them so they cal again as they have a relationship,
You will notice girls on set with notebooks these is so they don't really have to remember all that stuff

Anything they feel they can.

These things are not a matter of "100%" are they. A good babe will get more repeat callers/listeners/cammers than a bad one, simple as that. They compete against each other at the end of the day. (Any stated targets merely being averages of what has recently been achieved and would thus be changed as general trends in custom take effect.)

Initially a babe will get her custom through sheer looks and sexiness, and perhaps reputation. Its then up to her personality and personability in her interactions with the customers, plus her prowess in selling the idea that she is expressing on screen(s), to keep that custom coming back for more. They must create a bond with their punter or at least the feeling that their is a good time to be had there. Its, in varying degrees, an acting part.

Some are obviously better suited to it than others.

And tonight we have 4 girls on until 3.00, and then just 2 girls covering 3 channels for the last 2.5 hours, more shit planning.

The schedule that everyone is looking at is wrong as one of those babes is not on tonight as Scarlet Jones is coming in to cover so we may have 3 babes on until 05.30
