The slips you speak of if anything speak to a certain confidence that 66 have regained AGAINST the possiblity of invoking a fine for such transgressions.

Possibly OFCOM are now satisfied that the channels are making concerted efforts to avoid trangressions by the over-use of the panic button and the overall percieved standard of self-regulation?

It's impossible for any channel to have untold fines to pay as repeated findings of being in breach of the broadcasting code would lead to revocation of licence.

As ShandyHand said, statutory sanctions imposed by Ofcom are a matter of public record anyway and there have been none recently against babe channels.

Yeh, but knowing them now they'd have 'em all on together crammed on the same bed!

S66 are easily top of the pile presently, whatever criticisms you can level at them, and there are certainly some.

I agree that S66 is top at the moment, but I wouldn't say easily as their output is very variable.

I agree, if we are just talking about daytime shows, and roster. Regarding nightshows, in my opinion they are on the same level of xpanded (roster, type of shows), with a better streaming.

Oh and then we have, of course, their policy in terms of shifts
