It's short for RECEIVE.

RX Loss means no signal is being received.

Thanks for that but it was my obviously poor attempt at being a smart arse: "Faith Loss" - ours, the channel's...

It should be a bumper night calls wise for S66 rivals as viewers and callers switch to the other channels while they are down.
